• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties (houses, flats, new builds,
  existing dwellings)
• Measure property dimensions and assess construction materials
• Record details of insulation, heating systems, ventilation, and lighting

• Produce accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) using accredited
  software
• Ensure compliance with UK government legislation and accreditation body
  standards
• Upload EPCs to the national register within required timeframes

• Advise property owners, landlords, and estate agents on improving energy
  efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of assessments

• Level 3 Diploma for Domestic Energy Assessors (or equivalent qualification)
• Membership with an approved accreditation scheme (e.g. Elmhurst, Stroma,
  ECMK)

• Valid insurance (Professional Indemnity & Public Liability)
• DBS check (may be required depending on employer)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good understanding of building construction and energy systems
• Proficiency with DEA software and digital tools

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Basic IT skills (data entry, reporting systems)

• £1100 per deal closed (£1600 on referrals)
